The ENTERTAINER FZ LLC in Cape Town is seeking a Marketing & Engagement Manager to drive user growth, engagement, and retention for our B2B Client x ENTERTAINER app in South Africa. This role focuses on performance marketing, optimizing downloads, activations, and merchant outcomes.

You will work with client, product, sales, and account teams to design campaigns across paid media, CRM, email, and in-app messaging, while tracking MAU, activations, and ROI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital, growth, or performance marketing.
• 1–3 years’ experience in CRM, campaign execution.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (MoEngage, Salesforce, IBM Unica) and basic HTML/CSS for email templates.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive user growth, engagement, and retention for the ENTERTAINER app in SA.
• Manage paid media campaigns and identify acquisition channels.
• Lead CRM campaigns across push, email, and in-app messaging.
• Coordinate with product, sales, and account management to align campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI.
