Job summary

The ENTERTAINER is seeking a Marketing & Engagement Manager to drive user growth, engagement, and retention across the B2B Client x ENTERTAINER app in South Africa. You will partner with client, product, sales, and account teams to deliver marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives.

Responsibilities include acquisition, CRM campaigns, lifecycle marketing, social media, and performance tracking to improve app downloads, MAU, and merchant results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital, growth, or performance marketing.
• 1-3 years’ experience in CRM, campaign execution.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic HTML/CSS for email templates.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive user growth, engagement, and retention across the B2B ENTERTAINER app in South Africa.
• Develop and implement paid media and acquisition channels.
• Lead CRM, lifecycle marketing and personalisation campaigns across channels.
• Plan and execute high-impact marketing campaigns aligned to acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
• Own social media strategy and content to boost app usage and traffic.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and agencies to maximise merchant visibility and performance.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and optimise campaigns for ROI.
