Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales activities in line with KPI’s and sales objectives
• Manage personal business portfolio
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries
• Identify and utilise cross-selling opportunities
• Monitor and report on market and competitor activities
• Attend training and develop relevant knowledge
• Send quotations in accordance with company policy
• Conduct sales activities using available tools and resources
• Maintain and develop business relationships with existing and new customers
• Proactively engage clients face-to-face
• Research clients, industry and market
• Identify and assess client requirements
• Attend to dissatisfied customer needs
• Monitor client preferences
• Create and execute a 20-Day planner
• Prepare and report for meetings
• Review sales activities and figures
• Maintain up-to-date filing/recordkeeping on CRM system
• Meet monthly KPI targets
