MonetizeMore is seeking a Group Product Manager to mentor PMs and own the Advanced Ads product line, driving strategy, growth, and execution for a global audience. You will champion a modern product operating model and partner with Engineering, Design, and Growth to ensure outcomes impact revenue and customer value.

You are an experienced leader who can translate complex frameworks into high‑impact plans, coach teams, and prioritize initiatives based on ROI and customer value.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of Product Management experience.
• 3+ years leading or mentoring other PMs.
• Ad tech, SaaS, or WordPress ecosystem experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Leadership & Product Operating Model Excellence.
• Mentorship & Coaching: guide other Product Managers to elevate craft, execution, and strategic thinking.
• Outcome over Output: focus on business results and customer impact, not velocity.
• Framework Standardizing: implement modern product operating model principles.
• Evangelize Kaizen: scale product management maturity with structured retrospectives.
• Product Ownership: Advanced Ads.
• Strategy & Vision: define and execute long-term product vision for Advanced Ads.
• Continuous Discovery: lead discovery to validate ideas for usability, feasibility, viability, value.
• Revenue & Growth: own monetization strategy to GTM with focus on LTV and MRR.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: collaborate with Engineering, Design, Growth to drive adoption and commercialization.
• Long-Term Plan: determine resource needs and organizational design for success.
