Job summary

Global Knowledge seeks a senior program/product manager to own the global platform consolidation, from IA to CRM and analytics. You’ll coordinate with engineering partners, define the content model, and drive the headless CMS rollout with a focus on localization, pricing, and smooth commerce flow.

You’ll build a governance model for internationalization, lead SEO and data migration, and ensure revenue attribution is accurately tied to campaigns and channels across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with architecture-level discussions.
• Built marketing and sales stack including CRM and automations.
• Delivered revenue attribution models across CRM to closed deals.
• Led large site migrations with SEO and data schema responsibilities.
• Experience replacing legacy CMS with headless solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the global platform consolidation program roadmap and scope.
• Define IA, content model, and regional localization strategy.
• Oversee headless CMS build and editorial workflow with partners.
• Own course data product pages, pricing, and regional display standards.
• Design CRM, lead capture, routing, and attribution for the new site.
• Develop analytics schema to attribute revenue to campaigns and channels.
• Lead SEO migration plan, redirects, and schema markup across markets.
• Coordinate with GTM, Sales, and Marketing for a shared operating model.
