impact.com is the leading commerce partnership marketing platform, powering campaigns for global retailers. This role manages a portfolio of CPC and display campaigns end-to-end, with daily optimization and data-driven decision making to maximise ROAS and revenue.

You will build dashboards, review performance daily, collaborate with ad ops and data teams, and briefing copywriters to ensure high-quality ad spend across a dynamic commerce media environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of campaign management experience - CPC and display advertising required.
• Demonstrated ability to run a book of campaigns independently with your own daily workflows.
• Evidence of improving advertiser ROAS and publisher yield over time.

Aufgaben

• Set up, manage, and optimise CPC and display campaigns across Spot’s publisher and advertiser network.
• Review campaign performance daily—eCPM, CTR, ROAS—and decide without weekly reviews.
• Kill or throttle underperforming creatives proactively.
• Raise or lower CPC bids based on performance signals.
