Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Paid Ads Specialist to own performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. You will drive lead generation, conversions, and scalable growth by testing, optimizing, and reporting on campaign performance.

In this remote, full-time role, you will manage budgets, track metrics, and translate data into actionable improvements. The position requires hands-on analytics, collaboration with creative teams, and availability during U.S. business hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong knowledge of PPC, paid social, conversion tracking, attribution and remarketing.
• Hands-on with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Experience managing and optimizing advertising budgets.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and organization.
• Available during U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Create, launch, and manage campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and targeting research.
• Oversee budgets and allocate spend based on performance.
• Run structured A/B tests on ad copy, creative, audiences, landing pages, and bidding.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and lead volume; identify improvements.
• Configure and monitor GA4 and GTM tracking; report performance.
• Collaborate with design/content teams on creative and messaging.
