PPC Recruitment is seeking a Group Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy, brand and digital initiatives across the organisation from Durban. You will drive campaigns, content development and stakeholder engagement to support business growth.

You will oversee budgets, analytics and performance reporting while mentoring a marketing team and collaborating with internal departments to achieve strategic objectives. A strong leadership mindset and cross-functional experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or related field.
• A relevant postgraduate qualification will be advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Experience managing digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Experience with campaign management, content development and marketing analytics.
• Experience managing budgets and external marketing suppliers.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement an annual marketing strategy and operational marketing plan aligned with company objectives.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, client engagement and market reach.
• Develop marketing campaigns to support business development and growth.
• Conduct market and competitor research and provide insights to management.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget and monitor expenditure.
• Maintain and strengthen the company brand across all communication platforms.
• Oversee social media platforms, content planning and performance monitoring.
• Develop and implement campaigns across digital channels and monitor online engagement.
• Coordinate SEO, paid digital campaigns and other online initiatives.
• Analyse digital marketing data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and oversee marketing content including posts, website content, brochures, emails, newsletters, presentations, and communications.
• Coordinate photography, video, design and other creative requirements.
• Manage external agencies and suppliers.
