Life & Brand Portfolio is seeking a Group Marketing Manager to lead the marketing team and drive growth across the portfolio of brands. The role requires coordinating with creative teams and external agencies to develop content and campaigns that align with business objectives.

You will oversee budgeting, reporting, and performance measurement while mentoring a team to deliver innovative marketing solutions across digital, print, and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing or brand management.
• Experience in brand content from concept to execution.
• Operations background is a plus.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Strategy Development: lead holistic marketing strategy across all products/services.
• Agency Management: oversee external agencies, negotiate contracts and monitor performance.
• Operational Efficiency: streamline marketing processes and improve workflows.
• Budget Management: develop and monitor the marketing budget for ROI.
• Campaign Planning and Execution: plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events).
• Market Research and Analysis: stay informed on industry trends and customer insights.
• Team Leadership: mentor marketing professionals and set clear objectives.
• Performance Measurement: track KPIs and optimize initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with operations, product development, HR and others.
• Reporting: present regular marketing performance reports to senior management.
