Green Marble Recruitment Consultants seeks an experienced marketing professional to drive an integrated strategy across multiple brands within the group. You will plan and optimise paid campaigns, content, SEO and email programs to generate qualified leads and support sales conversions.

Lead the development of budgets, KPIs and performance reporting while building scalable marketing foundations in the first 90 days and integrating marketing activities with technology teams and CRM systems.

Qualificações

Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising or related field.
Ideally five or more years of marketing experience.
Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media management, SEO, email marketing, analytics, lead generation, content marketing and website management.
Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing, customer acquisition and conversion optimisation.
Ability to develop marketing strategies, campaign plans, budgets, KPIs and performance reports.
Technical confidence with digital marketing platforms, data interpretation and learning new tools.
Strong organisational, communication and analytical skills.
Willingness to execute marketing activities while building the group's marketing infrastructure.
Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable commercial results.
A recognised digital marketing qualification would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy across the group's brands.
Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising, social media, content, SEO and email campaigns.
Generate qualified leads and support conversion, retention and cross-selling with sales and customer service.
Manage content calendars, brand messaging, marketing collateral and digital presence.
Collaborate with technology to improve websites, landing pages and e-commerce performance.
Develop product launch campaigns and support customer acquisition and activation.
Implement CRM processes, marketing automation, lead nurturing and reporting tools.
Monitor budgets, campaign performance, cost per lead and ROI, contributing to pipeline and revenue.
Establish marketing foundations in the first 90 days and scale the function progressively.
