Job summary

Riseup Management is seeking a Group HR Manager to oversee all HR functions across the group, including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations. The role ensures consistent HR policies and effective performance management across multiple companies.

The position emphasizes confidentiality, accurate record-keeping, and proactive HR governance to support organisational structure and remuneration reviews. A strong understanding of South African labour laws is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and compliance.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality in handling employee data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and employee administration across the Group.
• Oversee payroll inputs, attendance monitoring, leave, and payroll accuracy.
• Manage disciplinary, grievance, and employee-relations matters.
• Develop, implement and maintain Group HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Lead performance management processes and support managers with evaluations.
• Coordinate employee training and development and maintain training records.
• Provide HR reports to Group management and conduct HR audits.
