Job summary

RiseUp Group is seeking an experienced Group HR Manager to lead and coordinate all HR functions across the Group in South Africa. The role focuses on recruitment, employee administration, labour-law compliance, employee relations, performance management and the implementation of consistent HR policies across all Group companies.

You will provide strategic HR support to management while ensuring efficient day-to-day HR operations, aligned with organisational objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic HR leadership across multiple entities in a group structure.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and employee administration across the Group.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and attendance management with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary and grievance processes across Group companies.
• Develop, implement and maintain Group HR policies and procedures.
• Drive performance management, training and development across the Group.
• Provide HR reporting and audits to Group management.
