• Verify availability of room type and rate before confirming reservations.
• Input and access reservation data in the system with accurate details (e.g., Marriott Rewards).
• Explain guarantee and cancellation policies to callers and guests.
• Set up billing accounts and communicate billing details to guests.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate group bookings and stay experiences.
