About the Role

Our client is seeking bright and proactive individuals to join their human resources department as Graduate Trainee HR Generalists , working remotely. You will work closely with the HR team to support daily operations and contribute to various HR projects. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Support employee relations initiatives and provide assistance with HR queries.
• Help administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in the HRIS system.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• A recent degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good understanding of HR principles and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
