Placements24 is looking for a driven Graduate Sales Representative to join the Stellenbosch-based sales team. You will learn to identify client needs, present solutions, and close deals with comprehensive training and mentorship in a competitive market.

You will develop communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills while working on innovative products and services, with targets to achieve and opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (through internships, projects, or previous roles).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and with a resilient attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Generate leads through various prospecting methods, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Understand customer needs and effectively present the features and benefits of our client's products/services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
