Placements24 is seeking a motivated Graduate Sales Development Representative in Benoni, Gauteng. This entry-level role focuses on identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and generating new business opportunities to build the sales pipeline.

You will work with sales and marketing, receive comprehensive training, and have clear advancement opportunities into Account Management roles while contributing to the company’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
• High level of motivation, resilience, and drive to achieve targets.
• Interest in technology and B2B sales.
• Organized and able to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations.
• Initiate outbound contact through cold calling, email, and social media to generate interest.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and understand prospect needs.
• Articulate the value proposition of our technology solutions.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaigns.
