Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Graduate Recruitment Programme Coordinator for a hybrid role in Mossel Bay. You will develop, implement, and manage graduate recruitment initiatives, attract emerging talent, and onboard interns and graduates within a supportive, dynamic team.

You will coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, liaise with universities, manage ATS records, and deliver onboarding and training programmes, while staying ahead of graduate market trends and best practices to shape

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating graduate recruitment or early career programmes.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Hybrid work experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the graduate recruitment lifecycle from advertising to onboarding.
• Develop marketing materials and outreach strategies to attract graduates.
• Screen applications, manage interview schedules, and coordinate assessment centres.
• Liaise with universities and colleges to promote opportunities.
• Maintain candidate progress records and programme data in the ATS.
• Assist in onboarding and training programmes for graduates.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
• Stay informed about graduate market trends and best practices.
