Placements24 is seeking an enthusiastic Resourcer in Mossel Bay to bolster candidate acquisition. You will identify and engage potential candidates, work with senior consultants, and help build pipelines across various client vacancies.

The role offers a hybrid model and growth opportunities in a dynamic recruitment consultancy. Ideal candidates have some resourcing or recruitment support experience, strong sourcing techniques, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in resourcing, recruitment support or similar role is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of candidate sourcing techniques and Boolean search strings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Proactively source candidates using online platforms, job boards and social media.
• Screen applications and conduct initial eligibility assessments.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Engage potential candidates and introduce them to suitable opportunities.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and consultants.
• Assist consultants with market research and candidate mapping.
