This role is dedicated to sourcing and attracting high-potential graduates for entry-level positions and internship programs with our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early talent development, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at utilizing digital platforms to engage with universities and students. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract top graduate talent from universities and colleges.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress in the ATS.

Requirements
