Our client, a forward-thinking recruitment consultancy based in Centurion, Gauteng , is seeking an innovative Graduate Recruitment Program Manager. This role is essential for developing and executing comprehensive graduate recruitment strategies aimed at attracting and onboarding top emerging talent. You will be responsible for designing and managing all aspects of the graduate program, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from application to induction. Requirements

• Familiarity with the South African education system and graduate job market, particularly in the Centurion, Gauteng area.
• A degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field is advantageous.
