Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT-related field.
• Strong hardware, Windows/macOS, and common software knowledge.

• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Eligible to work in South Africa.
• Willing to learn and pursue IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
