Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Generalist to join a fully remote team operating from a base near Randburg. You will provide expert HR support across the employee lifecycle, manage complex employee relations, and implement HR best practices in a virtual environment.

The role partners with leaders and staff to foster a positive culture, ensuring all HR functions comply with South African labour laws while driving remote HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR or related field.
• 6+ years progressive HR/generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of SA labour law.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to employees and management remotely.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
