Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational training across key hotel departments.
• Assist in overseeing daily operations and service standards.
• Support managers in staff supervision and training.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address feedback.
• Assist in inventory management and cost control.
• Contribute to development and implementation of procedures.
• Attend departmental meetings and contribute to planning.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in coordinating events and their execution.
• Gain exposure to budgeting and financial reporting in hospitality.
