You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize budgets, track conversions with GA4 and Tag Manager, and craft 90‑day roadmaps with clear storytelling on

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with client-ready results.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Implement conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels.
• Develop 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps with performance storytelling.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
