You will oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets and testing, and drive long-term client growth through retention and upsell. Clear English on live calls with US clients is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• A track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers
• Agency experience across several clients at once
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Create 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
