Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Google Ads Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll lead targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative during client calls, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and testing, and ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: campaigns built, run and optimized.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Experience with multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
