Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, seeks a Google Ads Specialist to own paid media for a B2B client roster. You will set budgets, test creatives, and shape the roadmap with the client on calls.

You’ll manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, track conversions with GA4 and Tag Manager, and drive long-term growth through retention and upsell strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ROAS, CPA or pipeline improvements you can demonstrate.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and present the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Google Ads Specialist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
