Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Google Ads Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, and the roadmap, and be the strategic voice in client discussions.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle conversion tracking with GA4 and Tag Manager, and craft 90-day roadmaps that tell the story behind the numbers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Agency experience across several clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Create the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Google Ads Specialist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
