Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Google Ads Specialist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budget calls, and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You will own the paid media roadmap and ensure successful campaigns, with a remote-friendly setup across Canada, South Africa, or the USA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and narrate the numbers on client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationship building.
