You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, craft roadmaps, and drive long-term client growth with clear reporting on ROAS, CPA, and pipeline impacts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; campaigns built and optimized by you.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline numbers with measurable results.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and know when to terminate a campaign.
• Ensure robust conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the numbers story on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
