Fancourt in George, South Africa, is recruiting a Golf Reservations Coordinator to ensure all golf bookings and enquiries are processed accurately and efficiently. The role requires excellent communication, reliability, and strong organisational skills to deliver exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include managing tee times, distributing daily sheets, coordinating golf days, and liaising with members and guests.

Qualificações

• Grade 12 or equivalent and at least 2 years in general office administration.
• Working knowledge of MS Office is essential.
• Golf knowledge is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Make golf bookings for individuals or small groups.
• Compile and distribute the daily Tee sheet and forward to the relevant parties.
• Print golf cart rental list and forward to the Pro-shop.
• Assist the Golf Coordinator with golf days, groups etc.
• Liaise with members, guests and assist in the Pro Shop when required.
• Process and manage golf tee times bookings and enquiries.
• Handle golf tee time related enquiries via telephone, email and online platforms.
• Record tee time reservations ensuring details are recorded accurately on the reservation systems.
• Compile and distribute daily tee sheet and golf cart rental reports.
• Assist in coordinating and providing assistance in Reservations Department.
