- Strong GMP knowledge and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a production team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor production schedules and performance metrics, addressing deviations promptly.
- Oversee operation and maintenance of production equipment, coordinating with maintenance teams.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve product quality.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
