Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Thorough understanding of GMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of production operators.
• Ensure all manufacturing activities are conducted in compliance with GMP and company SOPs.
• Monitor production processes, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee equipment operation, maintenance, and cleaning procedures.
• Review and approve batch records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain departments.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Manage shift changes and ensure proper handover of information and responsibilities.
