Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 2 years in supervision.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes, equipment, and cGMP.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with MES and standard office software.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily pharmaceutical production activities to ensure efficiency.
• Mentor and manage production operators and technicians; provide training as needed.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor production output, quality parameters, and schedule adherence.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate batch documentation and equipment logs.
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering, and Supply Chain for smooth operations.
• Promote best practices in manufacturing hygiene and safety.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost yield and quality.
