Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment such as tablet presses, capsule fillers, mixers, and packaging machines.
• Execute batch manufacturing records (BMRs) accurately.
• Monitor process parameters and ensure operations stay within specified limits.
• Perform in-process quality checks and sampling.
• Maintain GMP-compliant and safe production environment.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate major problems.
• Document all production activities and deviations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
