Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical diploma is preferred.
• 2+ years experience as a Manufacturing Operator or Technician in pharma or related industries.
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining complex machinery in a regulated setting.
• Understanding of GMP principles and strong quality/safety focus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, SOPs and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment (reactors, mixers, filling machines, packaging lines).
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Follow SOPs to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Maintain production records documenting steps, parameters and deviations.
• Collaborate with quality control and assurance to resolve production issues and ensure compliance.
