Qualifications

• Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and pharmaceutical production processes.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot mechanical manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capable of following detailed batch records and SOPs precisely.
• Physical ability to stand long periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, including reactors, filters, dryers, and packaging machinery.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and calibration to ensure optimal performance and prevent cross-contamination.
• Follow detailed batch manufacturing records and SOPs exactly as written.
• Monitor production processes for quality and efficiency, making adjustments within set parameters.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, deviations, or quality issues to supervision.
• Assist in setup and changeover of manufacturing lines for different products or batches.
• Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.
