Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and SOPs.
• Willingness to work shifts if required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment (e.g., tablet presses, capsule fillers, packaging machines).
• Follow SOPs and batch records accurately.
• Perform in-process checks and document results to ensure product quality.
• Maintain cleanroom environments and follow strict hygiene protocols.
• Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
• Identify and report deviations, equipment malfunctions, or quality issues to supervisors.
• Ensure all production activities comply with GMP and safety regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Accurately record production data and complete all required documentation.
