Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, SOPs and production schedules.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor specialized pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, such as reactors, mixers, filling machines, and packaging lines.
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) meticulously during all production activities to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Maintain accurate production records, documenting all process steps, parameters, and any deviations encountered.
• Adhere to strict GMP guidelines, safety regulations, and hygiene standards within the manufacturing facility.
• Collaborate with quality control and quality assurance personnel to resolve any production-related issues and ensure product compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certificate in a technical field or pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Manufacturing Operator or Technician, ideally within the pharmaceutical or related industry (food, chemical).
