Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Minimum 5 years' sales management experience in the wine industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and pricing skills with analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or DTC platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Afrikaans.
• Valid driver’s licence, own vehicle, willingness to travel locally and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and volume growth.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand export markets and secure premium listings.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, importers, distributors, sales agents, and stakeholders.
• Oversee sales reps and external agents, set targets and monitor performance.
• Grow direct-to-consumer sales, wine club, and online sales.
• Conduct trade visits, host tastings and events, represent the brand at festivals and trade shows.
• Analyse sales performance, stock movement, market trends, and KPI performance; report weekly/monthly.
