Job summary

Aston Holmes is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team in Cape Town. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to offers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for hiring managers and applicants.

This role offers a dynamic, collaborative environment in the heart of Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years in recruitment, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and solid experience with ATS and recruitment marketing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2-4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with ATS and recruitment marketing tools.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and employer branding principles.

Responsibilities

Source and recruit candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking).
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews; coordinate further interview stages with hiring managers.
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and provide a positive application experience.
Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and background checks.
Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
