Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales support in an international company.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently in a distributed, dynamic team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Salesforce experience is a strong plus.

Aufgaben

• Actively contributes to growth by providing sales support to Field and Desk Based Teams.
• Manage inbound customer calls on the main sales line.
• Liaise with distribution partners to request, check, and upload quotes in Salesforce.
• Keep customer records up to date in the CRM system.
• Process orders and issue POs to Partners promptly.
• Prepare and send welcome packs after orders are received.
• Support internal teams with finance, operations and project management queries.
• Hold regular reviews with Field/Desk Sales Teams and provide issue/risk updates.
• Perform due diligence on orders (EE/PO attachments) and track open orders/delays.
• Resolve billing queries and ensure timely PO receipting and renewal entries.
