The role requires experience in international recruitment, strong cross-border compliance knowledge, and excellent remote communication skills to manage candidates and clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Experience in international recruitment or global talent acquisition.
• Ability to source candidates from diverse locations across the globe.
• Strong understanding of cross-border employment practices and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills for remote and international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage international recruitment projects and source candidates from global regions.
• Screen and interview candidates for international roles and assess readiness.
• Liaise with overseas clients to understand needs for overseas hires.
• Guide visa/work permit processes where applicable for international candidates.
• Stay updated on international labor laws and immigration policies.
• Develop relationships with international candidates and clients.
• Utilise recruitment platforms to track activity and placements.
• Ensure compliance with international recruitment regulations and best practices.
