Qualifications

• Degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in operations management with process improvement.
• Proven Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Experience leading improvements in a remote or distributed environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a global framework for process standardization.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.
• Define and monitor KPIs for operational health.
• Deliver training on best practices to remote teams.
