Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Operations Excellence Lead to drive continuous improvement across a global organization. This fully remote role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, designing solutions, and leading change initiatives to boost productivity and quality.

You will collaborate with remote teams worldwide, champion best practices, and implement operational excellence frameworks using Lean and Six Sigma principles.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in operations management with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven experience leading large-scale operational improvement projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills in a remote setting.
• Experience with various continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of operational excellence initiatives and strategies across the organization.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency gains using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Develop and implement standardized operational procedures and best practices for remote teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams in problem-solving and continuous improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to measure operational performance and track progress.
• Provide training and coaching to employees on operational excellence principles and tools.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the remote workforce.
• Collaborate with technology teams to identify and implement tools that enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage the change management process associated with operational improvements.
• Regularly report on the progress and impact of operational excellence programs to senior leadership.
