The role requires a Master’s degree, 9+ years in operations leadership, and strong analytics. You will shape scalable solutions, oversee budgets, and drive growth in a high-growth, virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in operations leadership, with significant experience managing remote or distributed teams.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic operational plans in a high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on virtual team management.
• Experience with operational software and systems for remote collaboration and management.
