Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years in process improvement, operations analysis, or similar roles with remote collaboration.
• Proven Lean Six Sigma expertise and change management experience.
• Advanced analytical skills with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders virtually.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Develop process maps, procedures, and best practices for a global audience.
• Design and implement sustainable improvements using Lean Six Sigma.
• Use data analytics and simulations to model changes and forecast outcomes.
