Sasol is seeking a People Analytics Specialist to drive strategic workforce insights on a global scale. You will partner with HR, leaders and Centers of Expertise to translate data into actionable recommendations across hiring, retention, mobility, performance, and diversity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
11+ years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in people analytics, dashboards, and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver strategic people analytics projects across global workforce topics.
Translate business and HR challenges into structured analytical problem statements.
Apply statistical methods and data science techniques to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities in workforce data.
Consult and challenge stakeholders with evidence-based insights to support data-informed decisions.
Build narratives and visualizations for senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Python, SQL, Excel, SAP SuccessFactors and R.
Ensure robust methodologies and standards for people analytics definitions.
