Job summary

NTT DATA in Johannesburg is seeking a Talent Insight Designer & Technical Lead to design, build, and enhance analytics outputs across HR platforms. You will create dashboards, reports, and embedded analytics that empower Talent, People & Culture leaders to make informed decisions.

The role requires strong HR analytics knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors Stories, SAP People Intelligence, Phenom People, and related tools. Hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of dashboard design and HR data products.
• Experience with HR technology reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain operational data products within Tier 1 HR applications and related HR technologies.
• Develop dashboards, reports, embedded analytics, visualisations, insight packs, and self‑service reporting products.
• Translate requirements and KPI definitions into analytics outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure insights meet business needs.
