Job summary

Sasol is seeking a People Analytics Specialist to drive strategic, data-based workforce insights at a global level and partner with HR, business leaders, and Centers of Expertise.

The role combines consulting, statistical analysis, data science, and storytelling to turn trends and risks into actionable business insights. You will manage cross-functional projects and deliver scalable analytics solutions using Power BI, Python, SQL, Excel, SAP SuccessFactors, and R.

Qualifications

University Bachelor’s degree.
11+ years of relevant professional experience.
Strong analytics, business understanding, consulting capability, and communication skills.
Experience delivering global workforce analytics and partnering with HR, business leaders and centers of expertise.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver strategic people analytics projects across global workforce topics.
Translate business and HR challenges into structured analytical problem statements and actionable insights.
Build scalable dashboards and reporting solutions to support decision-making.
Collaborate across functions and geographies to align data sources and reporting logic.
Serve as a subject matter expert for people analytics and continuous improvement.
